SECO Titan 240 APL is a fanless embedded computer (PEGASUS, SYS-C41-IPC) based on Intel® Apollo Lake processor families, positioned for compact edge deployments where a sealed, low maintenance footprint and a solid I/O set are key.
On the compute and graphics stack, it supports multiple Apollo Lake SKUs (including Intel® Atom™ x5 and x7 variants, plus Intel® Celeron® and Intel® Pentium® N series options), with integrated Intel® HD Graphics 500 Series and support for up to two independent displays via a combo HDMI plus DP++ interface, with up to 4K video resolution listed.
For storage, networking, and field connectivity, the platform includes optional onboard eMMC (up to 64 GB), optional SATA SSD via M.2 Socket 2 Key B (up to 512 GB when not using a WWAN module), and a microSD slot (shared with the miniSIM area), plus 2x Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports (Intel® i210), M.2 Key E for Wi-Fi and BTLE modules, and M.2 Key B for WWAN modem modules.
On the integration layer, it provides a dual USB 3.0 Type-A connector, 2x configurable serial ports (RS-232, RS-422, RS-485) on DB9, an optional TPM 2.0, a power button with integrated LED, and a +12VDC power input via 5.7 mm DC jack, with OS options listed as Microsoft® Windows 10 IoT Core and Linux. Mechanical size is 181 × 109 × 79 mm with an operating temperature range of 0°C to +50°C.
For ordering purposes, Titan 240 APL is referred to by its base code, "SYS-C41-IPC".

Connect to Clea Cloud
Step by step guide to register a Clea OS device and configure endpoints and credentials to enable cloud connectivity and device management.
What is loaded in a standard module?
Off-the-shelf products are shipped with a standard in-house-developed software. The definition of standard, in this case, is “the environment which SECO adopts for validation”. Anyway, custom in-house-developed software with different defaults can be built. Contact your reference sales for further information.
Clea OS
All off-the-shelf products are shipped with Clea OS preinstalled as the standard software environment. Clea OS is a versatile and robust Linux Operating System framework designed specifically for industrial embedded devices. Based on the open source Yocto Project, Clea OS offers a flexible and customizable platform that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of various hardware architectures and applications.
Starting with Linux Kernel 6.6, the Board Support Package (BSP) for this board is fully integrated into Clea OS. It ensures high security and stability through features like OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, dual partitions, and fallback procedures. Additionally, Clea OS includes a complete device manager for seamless cloud communication, enabling centralized management of product fleets.
